Campbellsville police responded to a call of an auto collision last Thursday on KY 55 in the John Deere area.
According to the police report, Ethan Sapp, 22, of Campbellsville, was traveling northbound on KY 55 on a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle when a vehicle in front of him applied its brakes abruptly.
Sapp laid his motorcycle over, causing it to slide across the southbound lanes of traffic.
Sapp was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville-Taylor County EMS and later flown to the University of Louisville Hospital.
According to a Facebook post by Sapp’s mother, Tana, he remains in ICU recovering from various injuries.
