According to police data, none of the suspects on this list are thought bo be armed or otherwise dangerous.
• Jody Johns, 32, has active warrants for first-degree trafficking in of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
According to most recent jail records, Johns is 5-foot-6 and 165 pounds in February of 2019. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
In 2016, Johns was charged with trafficking in of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of firearm by a convicted felon, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence.
Records show Johns also was arrested four times in Jefferson County in 2015 for probation violations and criminal trespassing.
Johns’ whereabouts are unknown. Police say he is not considered dangerous.
• Benjamin J. Moore, 37, has active warrants for theft by unlawful taking and being a second-degree persistent felony offender.
Jail records list Moore as 5-foot-11 and 150 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Moore has 22 previous arrests spanning every year from 2013 to 2018 on charges ranging from burglary, criminal mischief and public intoxication to failure to appear, non-payment of fines and a parole violation.
• Velvet Mandrell Smith, 41, has active warrants for first-degree trafficking in of a controlled substance, trafficking in synthetic drugs, first offense, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of hemp and being a first-degree persistent felony offender.
According to most recent jail records, Smith is 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds. He has gray or partly gray hair with brown eyes.
Smith has 17 previous arrests spanning from 2000 to 2020 for possession of marijuana, public intoxication, failure to appear, contempt of court, trafficking in of a controlled substance, failure to pay support, probation violation, fleeing or evading the police and being a persistent felony offender.
• Nicholas Snow, a 37-year-old Campbellsville resident, has active warrants for third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition auto $500 or more, less than $10,000, first-degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property shoplifting under $500.
According to most recent jail records, Snow is 5-foot-10 and 140 pounds in January of 2019. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Snow previously was arrested by Greensburg Police Department for being a fugitive from another state.
Snow’s whereabouts are unknown. He is not considered dangerous, police said.
