The local grand jury approved the following criminal indictments. These are allegations and not proof of guilt.
• Brian D. Tuman of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and public intoxication by a controlled substance excluding alcohol. Bond was set at $5,000 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Josh S. Mason of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, second-degree possession of buprenorphine, operating a motor vehicle/motorcycle without ignition interlock device, driving on a DUI-suspended license first offense, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, possession of marijuana, controlled substance prescription not in original container first offense, unauthorized parking in a handicapped zone and failure to produce insurance card. Bond was set at $2,500 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• David W. Thorsen of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of moto vehicle registration plate/renewal decal theft, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, obstructed vision and/or windshield, improper display of registration plates, no or expired registration plates and no or expired registration receipt. Bond was set at $5,000 unsecured stipulating no driving, no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Joshua A. Jessie of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of fentanyl, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia and public intoxication by a controlled substance excluding alcohol. Bond was set at $1,500 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Robert L. Caines of Salvisawas indicted on two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, one count first-degree fleeing/evading police by motor vehicle, third-degree terroristic threatening, reckless driving, speeding 25 mph or more over the speed limit, disregarding a traffic light, disregarding a stop sign and being a first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was set at $5,000 full cash stipulating no driving, no new violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol and no contact with complaining witness.
• Sarah Daniels of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Macy Eisenmenger of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree assault. Bond was set at $20,000 full cash stipulating no contact with complaining witness, no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Savannah H. Sanders of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia and public intoxication by a controlled substance excluding alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Joyce Mattingly of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of trafficking of heroin, flurofentanyl and fentanyl, first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance, trafficking of less than 8 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 full cash stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Jason S. Anderson of Campbellsville was indicted on three counts of first-degree strangulation, one count of first-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree assault with minor injury. Bond was set at $15,000 cash stipulating no new violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol and no contact with complaining witness.
• Taylor M. Hatfield of Campbellsville was indict on one count of first-degree possession of oxycodone, third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $1,500 full cash stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Gary Hensley of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of oxycodone. Bond was set at $1,500 full cash stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Katherine N. Carmichael of Summersville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of fentanyl and meth, third or subsequent offense, tampering with physical evidence, theft of identity of another without consent and being a second-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was set at $1,000 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Christopher C. Simpson of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, third or subsequent offense, first-degree promotion of contraband, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of an unspecified controlled substance and being a first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was set $5,000 full cash stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Kenneth N. Agee of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting. Bond was set at $1,000 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol and no contact with Walmart.
• Joshua A. Fields, of Campbellsville, was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, second offense, and first-degree promotion of contraband. Bond was set at $2,000 full cash stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.

Stone of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, third or subsequent offense, first-degree promotion of contraband, public intoxication by a controlled substance excluding alcohol and being a first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was set at $5,000 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.
• Paula R. Osinger of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, second offense, and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 unsecured stipulating no new violations of the law and no use of drugs or alcohol.

Cox of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of meth, second offense, buying/posing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting, and public intoxication by a controlled substance excluding alcohol. • Joseph Cox of Campbellsville was indicted on one count of first-degree fleeing or evading police by motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first offense, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, license to be in possession, no trailer plate, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, inadequate silencer, failure to produce insurance card, failure to or improper signal, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, improper towing and being a first-degree persistent felony offender.
